Anybody travelled Riyadh with Umrah visa?

As per the new rule, an Umrah visa holder can travel any cities of saudi Arabia. I would like to know anybody knows anyone travelled like this to Riyadh or any other cities after this rule has implemented.

Please confirm the procedure also.

One can't travel to any other city in ksa except for Makkah/Jeddah and Madinah on Umrah visa, don't want to discourage you, you can still try on your own risk if caught that'll be problem for both travel agent and for one who's traveling illegally. however one can travel anywhere inside the kingdom on single entry visit visa.
