Question about IQAMA

Im finishing my contract with one club and I will get EXIT visa.

My question: How long I have to make pause to enter Saudi Arabia on new Iqama from another club/sponsor?

Somebody told me 6 months.

nope... i think u can come back the next minute you enter your country

If you have a no objection letter (NOC) you can come back immediately.

If you do not have NOC then its a minumum of 6 months wait (usually 1 year)

Waiting for 6 months before your can re-enter the kingdom law stands no more valid.

You can come back on a new visa anytime, provided that your previous exit from the kingdom was legal and in good terms as in before leaving the kingdom, you had cleared all your bills/over dues/bank related issues and sold any vehicle which was on your name.

Still not clear this NOC thing. This law is only for Indian people or what?

another thing is that my current sponsor/job owes me money, and now I got better job offer and my contract is finished.
