Hello guys,

Do you know for how long a person can stay in Malta if the company fire him? Is there some specific number of days or till the ID card expires?
And it's easy to get another working permit once you find another employee?

I should imagine it鈥檚 once the work permit expires.

When person is fired and he was working based on Single Permit, then he should get notification to leave country in 10 days.

When you terminate the employment from the employer聽 , you need to apply within 10 days for another employer, if not you ne猫d to leave Malta in 10 days
