Exit visa from Saudi going to Qatar

Hi there, hope someone would help me regarding my queries. Im working in Saudi Arabia And would be filing for an exit. I already have a permanent working visa in Qatar. My question is do I have to exit in the Philippines exactly? Or Can I go directly to Qatar? Since my company is asking a ticket going to the Philippines for my exit visa, how should I do that? My employer from Qatar already provided an air ticket for me from RUh to Kuwait then to Qatar. Thank you!

No you don't have to exit to Philippines.聽 Just have to exit Saudi.聽 Doesn't matter to where.
