I am planning to marry with Moroc girl. For official later criminal repord is nessecery. I have something on it. Is this a barrier for marriage? Thanks.

Bro 谋 am under phsgological controll for 3 years. 2 years passed. 1 year more 谋 have. No big something on my criminal. Kill, damage, stealing or etc. This is about a fight event. I need to be sure. Can you help me please? I called moroc embassy but they did not say me anything exactly. I have to be sure before go.
