Skydiving in Vietnam

I spent some time searching for skydiving in Vietnam, but it doesn't seem to exist. Does anyone know why?

Cant help you with skydiving, but can help if you want to try paragliding.
Vietnamese freidnds go most weelends and have proper instructor and club

I was thinking more as an adventure business. Could probably do pretty well with the Russian tourists in Nha Trang.

Be a challenge getting all the permits for that.
