Hi i want to open an Indian food takeaway join in Letvia, I need some guidance wheter it will work there .. Mainly I want to servev hyderabadi dum biryani, kabab partntha, keema parntha and some indian snaks like Dosa, ildi, samosa etc

It all depends on what area you wish to open, a simple Google search will show you that there are quite a few Indian Restaurants offering takeaways already in operation.

Do you speak Latvian? If not that could also be a hurdle?
