If Yes, what are there rules? This is just a question. Please don’t judge to easily.

This is from the government website

Being HIV positive will classify a foreigner as a prohibited immigrant. The ban on HIV-positive foreigners entering on short-term visit passes was lifted on 1 April 2016. Tourists or short term visitors are not required to undergo an HIV test. HIV testing is usually required for applying for a work pass, long term visit pass, employment pass, or permanent residence. Those who are found to be HIV-positive will not be granted passes.

In other words, HIV-positive persons can visit for a short time, but not move to Singapore.

I don't think there's any kind of medical data required in any of the pass forms. Medical checks may done by applying institutions or employers though and it's upon their discretion.

Also, as far as I know HIV never found in human body unless experimented.

Expat247: You are wrong - a health check including an HIV test is required for all work and other long-term passes. The rules are exactly the same as for tuberculosis-carriers.

@expat247: Whoever is planning to migrate to SG, is required to make a health declaration (some are required to go through mandatory medical check ups too), so as outlined by Beppi, you can sure visit but not permitted to take up a job.

For instance, all domestic workers, have to get a full health check up done by a SG doctor, then continue with a 6 month check too.
