Ep rejection withdrawal

Post new topic

azk124loading

Hi,

I have offer from company A and they applied ep for me. And it is rejected by MOM. Now I have a offer from company B, But company B not able to apply ep application. Reason is "Company B application can not proceed, company A got existing application".

So anyone can tell me

1. Should company A has to withdraw application even after it's ep application rejected?
2. How much time it will take for withdrawal?
3. Is there any faster way company A can withdrawal faster?

Thanks

Hi ,

If Company A EP application got rejected means . Company B can apply EP .
You no need to as again ask company A to withdrawal  or Cancel .

Check with Company A did they have submitted for Appeal for rejection that may be the reason that Company B is not able to apply EP .

Hi
If company A apply for Appeal then EP application status should be pending right?  now status is showing as rejected.

Azk124: You posted this question here(which is o.k.) AND at the same time sent it to me (and possibly other regulars) as PM. Why? Do you enjoy wasting our time?
Furthermore, a short search in the forum would have given you the answer, which have been discussed before. Why didn't you even try this?
Please read the forum rules and don't do it again!

Hi,

If company A applied for reappeal, status should still be rejected. Not pending. For info.

Thanks.
