Hi everyone
Wondering what people’s thoughts are on the  Dar Bouazza area of Casablanca? Property seems affordable and fairly modern. Appreciate feedback on the area in general, safety, security, accessibility, proximity.
Thanks

Hello, Dar bouazza is a compact coastal municipality in Nouacer province, in the region of Casablanca-Settat. It's kind of summer village, and it's used to be a destination for Casablanca people during the summer because it's known by its beaches, but it had not many homes and residences at that time.
It's only in recent years when it becomes a little bit famous, with the arriving of so many summer residency and real estate projects, because of the Casablanca expending. That's why I think you will notice that it has not a very good infrastructure and it looks like a mixture of village and city, because it's still improving.
It's 20 km from Casablanca, and 42 km from Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport
One of the cons that dar bouazza residents are facing each day is the traffic during rush hours, as the majority of them are working in Casablanca so they have to take the only road that exists and links Dar Bouazza to Casablanca which is the coastal one, and according to them it's big a problem unless you are working in Dar bouazza itself or in an other region in the south-west
Otherwise, it's calm and safe. You may not find a lot of restaurants , cafes and entertainment places, because as I said, it's a new and very small village, so if you are look for the basic, you will find all that you want there, but if you are looking for big cities vibes, cinemas, malls...etc you have to go to Casablanca of course. But I think it will have a good future, it will not stay like this
If you need to ask any further specific questions, I'm here to respond you
