Application for yellow card

Hi im miss suzanne Checkley I got in contact with government of Malta they told me to apply for yellow card as I'm coming to Malta for medical reasons I understand things taking longer but I applied in May still waiting 3 months still no card said that it would take 10 days thank u x

If you have already seen a consultant for this, then I would suggest that you contact the place that you went to and ask if your application has been submitted.
My schedule V (yellow card) only took 2 weeks from when I saw the medical consultant.

If you don't actually live here why should you have a yellow card, the card is for regular prescriptions which are classified as life saving.

You don't have to see a consultant to get a yellow card when you live here I just applied through my GP and he arranged it, that was a few years ago.

I thought you also had to have a residence card to be able to use the yellow card.

I think there seems to be a misunderstanding. You will be getting the yellow card after 10 days once you are over here. Who told you that a yellow card will be sent abroad?
