If your EP is not approved yet, it is very unlikely you get it before 1.Nov.
If it is approved, your employer should try to get entry approval before that (Good luck, the chance is low but not Zero).
But the best option is to get vaccinated!

Hi, were you able to enter Singapore with Sputnik? Did you get another vaccine? I am in the same situation and not able to find any solution.

The Russian vaccines are not recognised by Singapore.
You need to get another vaccination with an approved serum to be able to enter Singapore!

I understand it is not recognised and thats why looking for a solution if anyone has faced  the same situation.
Getting another vaccination is not possible for me as in India, where I am based, I can't get another shot as my first vaccination history is already registered in the system. I have also enquired in many other countries but most countries are only allowing their citizens or permanent residents to get vaccinated.
If anyone knows of any country where I can go on a tourist visa and get vaccinated, please let me know.

I  know that in most European countries it is possible for anyone as a self-paying visitor to be vaccinated at private clinics. This would require two trips or a month-long stay, as the one-dose Johnsson serum is not used there any more.

Thanks again for your reply. I am trying to investigate but in most of the EU countries, I cant event enter with the Sputnik vaccine as I will not be considered vaccinated (just as in Singapore)! Some do allow unvaccinated visitors also, so checking with them, getting a visa is another time taking process
