In addition to the new minimum salary thresholds for EP, there could be a points system for qualification. Interesting read鈥� may come in handy for those planning to switch jobs or get to Singapore in 2023.

This is a welcome (and in my opinion overdue) move to make EP qualification criteria more transparent and thus predictable for employer and employee.

Any renewal after Sept, will be going through this process. Before Sept, all renewal will follow existing criteria.,
