deposit for a flat in india?
hi,
in the bigger cities in india (bangalore, mumbai etc) what is the TYPICAL deposit amount?
i'm sure it varies but i'm hoping some people can give me their experience with prices.
ive heard some people pay 2 months rent as a deposit alone!
and to be sure, the deposit is given back at the end of the stay, is this correct?
