SEF Appointment

Hello, Expat friends!
I hope this finds you well. 
I have finally been asked to meet with SEF for my visa (Golden). The appointment is set for the 18th of May.
In reading the comments about these interviews, I am still a little nervous, (I don't know why, maybe the unknown?!)
I have gathered all the below information:
FBI criminal background check
US Local State criminal background check
Obtained my medical insurance
We own a home in the Algarve so we have the property investment
What I'm wondering is, how long will I need to be in Portugal for this process? I still live in the USA, and own a business which I'll need to get back to. (until I can retire)
Just wondering what I need to plan for. Will I require more than one visit to the SEF? Or will this be a one and done kind of thing?
