Applying for NHR

Post new topic

gra2513

I mistakenly chose 2023 for the starting year for my NHR application on the Finance Portal website instead of 2022 when my residency was granted. I thought the 10 years started from the year following by residency being granted.

Hence, I have been denied my NHR although it says the decision is in draft form. Does anyone know if the application can be cancelled and a fresh application be done?

When I looked at details of my NHR, there was a button  DESISTER de PEDIDO.  Would selecting this cancel my NHR application allowing me to do a fresh application?

All advice welcome.
