Residence permit renewal for transferred students

Hello people, please help me. I don鈥檛 know how to solve this. I was a student at the University of Messina, then I transferred to the University of Florence while I was waiting for my residence permit renewal appointment . I moved out of Messina, and transferred completely, but my renewal appointment is in Messina.
