Travelling from uk to portugal - only allowed 2 entries

Post new topic

I am in a tricky situation in that I am only allowed 2 visits into Portugal whilst awaiting for a SEF appointment- however will need more for family reasons.

I live in the UK.

Is there a way of getting into/ out of Portugal without them knowing for example not getting a stamp in the passport/ or it being documented on the online sytems??

So you want to break the law while you're waiting to talk to the law about migrating to portugal?

I would say that is probably ill-advised... but I am only on my first cup of coffee this morning.

You might want to rethink this.

No stamps whilst travelling from Spain to Portugal by land.

That said, I don't in any way advise it as the risks are too high IMHO.

Your passport will still show entry into Spain, for instance. Any road accidents etc and police will be involved.

Best to turn up at an SEF office unannounced and try to talk to someone in person if you cannot contact any other way.

Have managed to gain info that way by simply walking into central admin are of Faro.

Good luck.  I know how frustrating it is.
