Dec 27 - Invalid or rejected it says invalid on the website

Have to check with the company HR…

H0MERSIMPSONS

@Twain2023 you asked your employer or mom?

LG4god

@H0MERSIMPSONS yes, I am in singapore, already working in IT

@H0MERSIMPSONS

I tried to get the reason from MOM directly but they do not disclose the reason. (Chatting with MOM live agent and sending feedback )

My company HR also tried to contact MOM to get for specific reason for the rejection which they don't tell

simply say I don't qualify .

Frustration and annoying best word i can describe the all process .

MoM discloses reasons only to the employer (never the job seeker). And they give only the necessary information, from an employer viewpoint.

In your case, the answer means the reason is your personal details (which the employer obviously cannot change) and there is nothing the employer could do to change the result - so an appeal would not make sense. This is the most exhaustive answer you will get!
