I dont really have any friends here, so if there is anyone who lives in Hasselt or Genk, it would be nice to grab a coffee together or something.

No, my aunt stays in Hasselt and I'm over there sometimes, my house is in Genk. But I study in Leuven. Do you live in Hasselt?
