I was wondering if anyone could help me. Is it easy to find a full time bar job (preferably a standard pub rather than a nightclub or wine bar) when you only speak English?

Also what are the rates of pay to expect?

you will be unlikely to find bar work full time
rates of pay will be between 3-6 euros and being english wont be a problem as such
especially in the touristy areas

Really that low?? Is there no minimum wage?

How come there is no full time jobs (was thinking around 40/50 hours)

Because they tend to not register you properly in order to avoid paying taxes etc聽 you will most likely have to get two or three jobs
You may get lucky but from what we have seen its mainly part time

Try hotels your more likely to get a proper contract with them and no be paid in hand
