Practicing American RN-BSN in Malta

Does anyone know what are the requirements to transferring my license over to work as a RN in Malta?
My French husband has been relocated here and his company will be providing me with a resident visa but not a working permit.
I tried contacting the International Council of Nursing in Malta but no one picks up 
Any tips would be greatly appreciated !
