Where to look for work? experience in construction

Was looking to move to Malta last year but for certain reasons it never happened, but will be moving in the next 2 months, where is the best place to look for work? I have years of experience in construction I.e floor laying scaffolding, can anyone help?

when u'll get a job be careful. i' ve heard safety working in malta in construction is not like in Uk...

Health and Safety is almost non existent in Malta!

As for scaffolding, on a 3 story house being built opposite us it consisted of two long spikes hammered into the wall with a plank across and a rope hanging down from the top to grab if you were falling off!

Of 6 houses built locally I have not seen scaffolding used on any.
