Hi,

I dont think you will get it over the counter, and as fred mentioned it's a dangerous drug, i would advise you visit a doctor and seek advise.

The alternative or rather primary use for the drug is to treat stomach ulcers.聽聽Abortion is a secondary use; either taken by itself or in combination with mifepristone.
