Post new topic

JacquiR

Hi everyone,

I am from South Africa, my boyfriend (originally from Portugal) and I would like to move to Portugal in the next few months. I am currently in the process of trying to obtain a 1 year residency. Does anyone have any experience with this and could you offer some advise?

Hi JacquiR,

I have created a new thread with your post on the Portugal forum for more visibility and interaction with the members.

I invite you to have a look at the Living in Portugal guide section, you might already find some interesting information.

Hello
I am filipina and living permanently here in Portugal. In my case it is more easy when I applied for my residence card because we got married here in Europe. But I think in your case since your boyfriens is a Portuguese. He will only fulfill the requirements in Immigration and guarantee about your stay in Portugal.

Please Check out the site for more info because I used the same site when I applied before

Good luck for your application
