Can anyone check on Mugla Petroleum company for me?

Post new topic

Hi everyone.

I received a contract from a company called "Mugla Petroleum" and the person communicating for visa application is

Name: Mr. Mustafa Ata
Address: Sadık Ahmet Cad. No:8 Balgat
Email: visaprocessingteam@muglapet.com

So far no fees requested. All details look genuine but one that is certainly not clicking is the employee selection. Furthermore, I was requested to join in early February 2022 for training before starting as a Manager.

As far as I know, the visa will take longer for approval for expats in my country but I am not sure about Turkey. So, I am still doubtful about this offer. Can anyone check on this company for me? or if anyone heard about these details anywhere?

I don't want to say how I know because the criminals might well read this and refine their methods, but muglapet.com is a scam.
They will ask you for money sooner or later - Also - If you send documents, watch out for identity theft.

Dear All,

Is there are referencing government agencies to check on the Turkey company's registration? Anyway,   is there such a company.

Fred

Please tell me - What was the point in me spending my time to research this lot and tell you it's a scam if you completely ignore the blindingly obvious in favour of greed and silliness?

Yes, I'm sure the salary is attractive - or it would be if this wasn't a scam job.

If anyone else reads this - This set of criminals will find some excuse to ask for money then, if you pay, ask for more until you realise you've been ripped off .. then they might well complete your misery with identity theft. That could be anything from taking out loans in your name, ordering a load of mail order stuff, or finding anti-terror police at your door because you sent them your passport (Even a copy) and they used it for something nasty.

Mugla? Elazig? Istanbul? Scam for sure. Anything you pay, will go to criminals.

Sadly, it won't help many. As we have seen here (and on many other threads) the warning is ignored. I've written detailed posts that outline why an advert is a scam, but the next post asks again.

Scammers exploit greed and stupidity, and it works.

Hi vkpro, I also received an offer yesterday from the same company and person. It raised the alarm immediately of how come a job offer without Job Description or interview.
Thanks
Peter
