Is there anything one can do if the local dentro de saúde is taking forever to give you a numéro de utente?


I did email all my documents but it is taking for ever. Any recourse? Will another centro de saúde in another city help me out in this case?

You have to go to your local healthcentre with required documents and question that delay. Insist on the health centre until your problem is solved or a reasonable explanation for the delay is given. Ask for the complaints book (livro de reclamações) and make a written complaint.
