@Twain2023 Nobody other than MoM knows the actual rejection reason - and they don't tell you.

But it is likely that it has something to do with you being denied entry before - checking your history with ICA is part of the procedure.

I contacted the ICA even before company applying the employment pass and got the reply

As per the reply with local sponsor in this case through company I need to submit the visit pass application form along with other documents including Supporting documents such as MOM  issued letter.

I thought of first getting the IPA letter and submit the ICA for their review

Do you think this has anything to do with ICA or other factors why because the initial rejection is different

@Twain2023 After an immigration violation, which you are probably accused of, it is unlikely to get a work pass without clearing the issue with ICA first (if that is possible at all).

It might be easier to look for jobs in other countries instead.

I have sent other mail today to ICA  asking whether my company should apply ICA first to get the clearance before submitting the Employment pass to MOM or Apply MOM first to get the IPA letter and submit the visit pass application to ICA for the review.

will update once i got the reply back

For your information current Employment pass application form we have to declare if there are any refused entry and much more questions

almost same situation with me. My first rejection was due to education verification. My company did from MOM accredited verifier and reapply again on 23 Nov, till now it is showing pending. Almost 3 weeks finished and afraid of getting rejected again.

I got this below reply from ICA but still confusing whether I should first appeal with ICA or appeal with MOM to  get the IPA before proceeding with ICA

@LG4god have you had a response yet? I also got declined due to educational inconsistencies - my HR had put business but the verification company put Science - likely due to it being a BSc - will need to resubmit on monday

@beppi  Hi, I got the below reply from my company HR for my request to appeal to ICA first and then later with MOM . As per the ICA guidelines, I filled the personal particular for the form14 and request company to fill the local sponsor part and submit with other relevant documents.

The Form 14 that you filled up is for applying VISA, a pass for foreigner to visit Singapore. It does not have any relation with the EP application.

As the approval for the EP application is up to the Government which they had rejected your application. There's nothing we can do to help if they do not disclose the reason behind it for us to do the appeal.

It would be best for you to look for other employer and not dwell on this EP application as it takes up your time and shows no result. 

I requested one last time to go thourgh this procedure and she replied back saying

Form 14 is not an appeal to ICA. This is the form foreigners need to completed if they want to apply for business visa to Singapore. she fill this form frequentley for working partners to be in singapore for various projects

What shall i do now ?

As you can see the my earlier messages ICA provided appeal link contains the form14 as primary application form to submit

The employer already told you what to do:

It would be best for you to look for other employer and not dwell on this EP application as it takes up your time and shows no result.

You cannot force them to pursue the matter until the result you want.

Company is willing to help but only thing preventing them is not known the reason behind the rejection.

Even for the ICA appeal, HR latest reply is regarding the form 14 which is not meant for that as per her concern

I send other mail to ICA for clarification and waiting for the reply

I do not know this "form 14".

Only MoM can (but only sometimes does) tell the reason of a work pass rejection. Your employer should contact them to ask for it.

If they don't get a useful answer, you have to just accept that you will never know the reason.
