Does it state no live trace.. (over 10 years).

It's OK if it does.

No doesn't state no live trace it states the conviction that's why im asking. ACRO step down model states won't show as no live trace untill the conviction reaches 20yrs, it's been 17yrs so not for another 3yrs.

Parents have temp residency in cyprus, we (myself, husband, 2yr old daughter) were due to go second quarter of this year (having thought this would now be spent) however because it's showing visibly I'm worried my husband will be denied.

had a friend with a similar situation and they helped him resolve his residency (leaving it to the individual in the immigration office is not advisable as they are in some areas behind the curve in some of the regulations and also their interpretation of the regulations )

Thank you! 馃檹 we have already spoken extensively to immigration lawyers but they don't seem to understand the regs for UK. They were thinking it wouldn't show because of the 1974 offenders act but ACRO step down model has nothing to do with that legislation. Under UK law it is classed as spent but it will still show for a period of 20yrs. They said they'd just submit normally and appeal if declined but I'd rather speak to someone who has experience of a situation like our previously because there's probably supporting evidence they can submit with the initial application.

Did your friend have a previous convictions and managed to get approved then?
